Ashley made her debut in London in England on December 6 the 6th of December, 1981. She is known for her parts as a call-girl Bambi in the ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl and social climber Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama series Revenge as well as the actress Tituba as part of the WGN America series Salem.Madekwe was born in South London, England into a mixed family. She's English and the father of her is Nigerian. Her family was in the southern part of London Council Estate. She was a student at The Brit School aged 14. At the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art is where she earned an acting BA. At the academy, she appeared in numerous stage plays, including King Henry V as Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw. Madekwe started her acting career by appearing in a movie titled Storm Damage. She has appeared as an actor on Teachers Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe scored her first motion-picture role in the Woody Allen movie Cassandra's Dream, opposite Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor. After the film's success, she was cast as Elisha in the BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN and was featured for six seasons Trexx and Flipside. In 2008, she was cast as Bambi as the main character in ITV2's show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was the main character on How to Lose Friends And Alienate Others, a comedic comedy made in the year 2008. Theatre credits for Madekwe include Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe made her US debut in the series The Beautiful Life in 2009. The series aired only two episodes at The CW, and was eventually cancelled. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC's Revenge as Ashley Davenport. The show premiered in May 2013 and it was announced that Madekwe who had appeared on the show as a regular for the past two seasons, would be leaving the show with a guest appearance on the premier episode of the season's new season. From 2014 until the year 2016, she appeared in Salem as Tituba.
Madekwe married her long-time boyfriend, Iddo. Both of them have been in Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They have also appeared as a couple in Salem.

Ashley Mae Sebera is better-known as Dana Brooke by World Wrestling Entertainment. Sebera attended Kent State University. She was a graduate of KSU with a Bachelor's Degree in design, fashion and merchandise and minors in business. Sebera was a participant in many different sports including diving, before she decided to go back to gymnastics. Sebera had to quit her gymnastics after she sustained an ankle injury that was severe after just 18 years of practice. Then she began training to compete in fitness and bodybuilder. Sebera was awarded her professional card from the International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness in 2012 after winning National Physique Committee contests between the year 2010 until 2011. Sebera was signed by WWE in 2013 when she began her WWE debut in 2014 under the name Dana Brooke. She trained for three years and performing in events in WWE NXT prior to making her main roster debut on Tuesday Night RAW in 2016. Outside of professional wrestling, Sebera maintained a presence in bodybuilding. She returned to the 2017 Arnold's Classic, competing in the fitness international category.
