Despacito is a hit song from Puerto Rican singer Luis Fonsi together with Daddy Yankee was released in 2017. It became the most one streamed music at that period within six months. This blend of reggaeton and pop music didn't just bring interest back to the category, but also Latin music generally. In 2015, there were two songs that were predominantly Spanish-language on the Billboard Top 100 and in 2016 there were four.
